बीपीएमए सदस्यता केवल पहचान पत्र नहीं है — यह राष्ट्रीय मान्यता, व्यावसायिक गरिमा और कानूनी सुरक्षा का प्रतीक है।

  • Life Membership: For qualified physiotherapists (DPT/BPT/MPT).
  • Associate Membership: For professionals in rehabilitation-related fields.
  • Student Membership: For students pursuing physiotherapy courses.
  • Institutional Membership: For colleges, hospitals, NGOs, and clinics.

4️⃣ Documents Required / आवश्यक दस्तावेज़

  • DPT / BPT / MPT Marksheet or Degree
  • Aadhaar or PAN Card
  • Passport Size Photos (2)
  • Clinic / Workplace Proof
  • Payment Receipt

5️⃣ Membership Application Process / आवेदन प्रक्रिया

Online Process / ऑनलाइन प्रक्रिया
  1. Visit the BPMA Website and open the Membership section.
  2. Fill the form and upload documents.
  3. Complete online payment.
  4. Receive your BPMA ID & Certificate via Email.
Offline Process / ऑफलाइन प्रक्रिया
  1. Get the form from BPMA State Coordinator.
  2. Submit documents & fees.
  3. Receive certificate after verification.
