Bhartiye Physiotherapy Medical Association (BPMA) is a Section 8 Non-Profit Organization registered under the Companies Act, 2013, Government of India, dedicated to promoting excellence, ethical practice, professional development, and awareness in the field of physiotherapy.
BPMA serves as a professional membership organization that brings together physiotherapists, students, educators, researchers, rehabilitation professionals, and healthcare institutions on a common platform to encourage continuous learning, professional networking, and evidence-based practice.

Incorporated as a Section 8 Non-Profit Company under the Companies Act, 2013 (Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt of India).
Our objective is to strengthen the physiotherapy profession by supporting education, skill development, research, ethical standards, professional awareness, and rehabilitation services while encouraging compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
BPMA organizes educational programs, workshops, webinars, conferences, awareness campaigns, and professional development initiatives to help members enhance their clinical knowledge and professional competencies.
We also provide guidance relating to professional documentation, ethical practice, clinic management, digital membership services, and continuing professional education. Our aim is to help members remain informed about developments in physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and allied healthcare.

BPMA is a professional membership organization. We provide membership, educational programs, professional networking, awareness initiatives, documentation guidance, and continuing professional development support.
⚠️ BPMA does not issue Government Registration, Practice Licence, Clinic Licence, Statutory Registration, Clinical Establishment Licence, Trade Licence, or any authorization to practise physiotherapy. Such registrations, licences, and statutory approvals are governed exclusively by the respective Government authorities and applicable laws.

To activate your central membership, every applicant must print and execute an affidavit on a ₹10 or ₹50 stamp paper, signed by a registered notary public. You can download our standardized blank notary template below, or retrieve your auto-prefilled version from your portal dashboard after membership payment.
Terms of Membership
1.Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) degree or higher from a recognized college or university.
2.Standard membership is valid for 5 years from date of issuance, after which renewal applications must be submitted.
3.The online MCQ exam consists of 30 questions on clinical anatomy, physiology, and practice guidelines. 60% score is mandatory to qualify.
4.Misrepresentation of certificates, qualification documents, or marks will lead to immediate blacklist and legal actions.
Privacy & Security Policy
1.BPMA is committed to protecting practitioner data. All uploaded documents are stored securely on our cloud storage.
2.Selected details (Name, Membership number, qualification, state) are made public under the Practitioners Directory for verification.
3.Digital certificates sync with national platforms like DigiLocker using verified mobile numbers and Aadhaar validation keys.
4.Payments are processed securely via payment gateways, and BPMA does not store credit card or bank login credentials on its servers.
