The Bhartiye Physiotherapy Medical Association (BPMA) is registered as a Section 8 Company under the Companies Act, 2013 (Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India).

The Association functions strictly in accordance with its Memorandum of Association (MOA), Articles of Association (AOA), and the prevailing statutory laws of India.

BPMA membership is intended exclusively for:

1. Voluntary Professional Association: BPMA is a voluntary non-government membership organization. 2. Not a Licence to Practise: BPMA membership does not constitute or replace any Government Licence, State Council Registration, Statutory Recognition, Clinical Establishment Licence, Trade Licence, or legal authorization to practice independently. 3. Compliance with Central & State Laws: Every member is individually responsible for obtaining necessary statutory licences, state council registrations, or municipal practice approvals as required by competent regulatory authorities in their respective states. 4. Mandatory Document Verification: Membership is subject to strict document validation. Submitting fraudulent, forged, or altered certificates will lead to immediate cancellation of membership and legal proceedings.
