The Bhartiye Physiotherapy Medical Association (BPMA) is a Section 8 Not-for-Profit Professional Membership Organization established to support the professional growth, continuing education, ethical practice, and collaboration of physiotherapy professionals across India.

The primary objectives of BPMA Membership are to:

Membership Categories
- 1 Life Membership: Available for eligible qualified physiotherapy professionals seeking lifelong membership with BPMA.
- 2 Professional Membership: For practicing physiotherapists and rehabilitation professionals.
- 3 Student Membership: For students pursuing BPT, MPT, DPT, or other recognized physiotherapy education programs.
- 4 Associate Membership: For eligible allied healthcare professionals associated with rehabilitation and physiotherapy services.
- 5 Institutional Membership: For colleges, universities, hospitals, rehabilitation centres, educational institutions, NGOs, and organizations associated with physiotherapy and rehabilitation.

Every BPMA Member is expected to:

- Practice within their education, competence, and applicable legal framework.
- Respect patient rights, privacy, and confidentiality.
- Participate in continuing professional education.
- Comply with all applicable Central and State laws.
